You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for manufacturing defects or size issues only.

Eligibility Requirements

• Manufacturing defects or wrong size only – No refunds, exchange subject to availability

• Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return/Exchange

Returns sent to: Ward 1, Railway Road, 245206 Meerut.
Exchange only for manufacturing defects/size issues per supplier policy.

Damages and Issues
Inspect on arrival. Contact contact@velmineafasyon.com immediately for defects/wrong items.

No Cash Refunds
Exchanges only for manufacturing defects or size mismatches (subject to stock availability). No cash refunds.

EU Shipments Only
14-day cooling-off applies (exchange only, same conditions).

Exchange Process
Once approved, new size/item dispatched within 7 business days (subject to supplier stock). Amount credited to original payment method if exchange not possible.
